it was a beautiful and busy morning at Caromont Farm. new interns arriving, cheese making, babies being born.. almost forgot why I was there! Ha!

August was dominated by tomatoes, lots of variety and lots of tomatoes. this is a chilled soup of tomato water, feta & sourcream panna cotta, greek basil, and assorted fresh tomatoes and of coarse olive oil.
